Returns and Exchanges

In case of any clarification/anomaly in your order; we ask you to let us know within a maximum of 2 days after the delivery of your order according to the delivery reports in the FEDEX system.

All of the following conditions must be met in order to be able to exchange or return an item:

  • The item still has the label and is in good condition.
  • That the item has not been used, mistreated or suffered any type of damage or alteration.
  • No more than 2 days have elapsed since receipt of the item.

    Requests made outside the first 48 hours will not be considered. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged, you need to send us a photo of the product within the same time frame.

    Products sold under Flash Sales or special limited time discount campaigns do not apply to returns, refunds or exchanges.
