With the wisdom that has brought us the knowledge of the capabilities and power of 5 of our chakras, it is time for us to continue this journey of knowledge together. Today on Sacred Art - Empowering Your Self we will learn about the sixth chakra and the blessings it will soon bring into your life. Today: Ajna Chakra.
Ajna Chakra is located between the eyebrows, is indigo in color and is related to all bodily senses as well as extrasensory perceptions. Therefore its bodily expression is wide and corresponds to the face, eyes, ears, nose, nervous system, cerebellum and pituitary gland.
The Sanskrit translation of Ajna is "center of perception" or "center of control". The third eye represents an awakening to this mystical reality that allows us to be in tune with a transcendent force and flow with it through detachment, trust, intuition and contact with the divine. In its highest form this energy leads us to detach from our ego and possess a pure consciousness.
Through this energetic point we perceive more subtle planes of existence, which gives us a spiritual vision of what happens in the physical world. Thus when we become aware of the responsibility we have over our thoughts and their influence on our level of well-being.
- With the sixth chakra we connect with the wisdom of wholeness and reach a true union with the universe. It is from this energetic center where we have access to that part of our own being that is part of the infinite and that takes us to higher levels of consciousness. This spiritual eye perceives things as they are, without the filters, and is the point in our being that has the faculty to "see" beyond the senses.
- The sixth chakra represents the development of a consciousness that opens us to a transcendent reality, or a universal consciousness. This energy implies precisely the development of a perception that is no longer anchored in individual reason.
- Its functioning is also related to the alignment with universal wisdom, the faculty of artistic creation, the development of mental faculties, extraordinary vision of energetic bodies, psychic faculties, communication through dreams, visualizations or the understanding of spiritual signals.
To open this energetic center requires the willingness and openness to accept that our truth is not universal, but that we have the divine capacity to observe, know and accept it. As well as the willingness to transcend through what our new vision of the whole can offer us.
