The third Chakra: Manipura Chakra (Solar Plexus Chakra).

With the knowledge of two chakras already under the arm, it is time for a new installment in this space of Sacred Art - Empowering your Being to continue exploring more about these immeasurable energy centers that exist in our body.

This time we will talk about Manipura Chakra. So join us in the following lines and receive the blessings that accompany them and that we send with devotion to your path.

Manipura is located in our solar plexus, it is yellow or golden in color and is eminently related to our digestive system. Its corresponding element is fire and it is the energetic point where several chakras converge and that is why our personal power center is located in it.

The third chakra is related to our experiences and energies as it is in charge of their assimilation and purification. The different levels of consciousness are concentrated and assimilated in the third chakra. The importance of Manipura is also due to the fact that the concentration and structuring of the energies of other chakras takes place in it.

This is the chakra of activity, individuality and will, but it is also related to wholeness, generosity and the wisdom to let go of things that are not for us. Being spontaneous and flexible are clear signs of a well-balanced and energized Manipura Chakra. And it allows us to have a sense of individuality, as well as to achieve material and spiritual abundance.

The correct opening and balancing of Manipura Chakra provides a sense of harmony and a sense of energetic balance with others and the universe; without compromising any energy from any source.

The inner light of the human being originates from this chakra and guides us through our path in life. In yoga philosophy, Manipura is considered to be the energetic center that receives energy from the sun and transmits it to the ethereal and physical body. It is also connected to our astral body, where we store our longings, aspirations and feelings that shape our individual being.

The imbalance or disturbance of the third chakra can manifest in feelings of attachment, a lack of belonging in our community or our world and a lack of individuality that can be detrimental. Physically, energetic deficiency is related to various ailments of the digestive system.

The strengthening of Manipura Chakra requires an even greater discipline than the two previous chakras since the energies of these chakras are concentrated in it. But it is necessary that this energy flows through this energetic point without any disruption to understand and take advantage of the following chakras that are more related to our spiritual being. Therefore we invite you to put special effort in this point.

The decree on this occasion to strengthen Manipura Chakra should be decreed with confidence but also with full awareness of who we are, thinking about the balance we have with the energies of the universe and being aware that the energetic convergence will bring immeasurable blessings to our life.

Inhale and exhale yellow color, concentrate your energy in the solar plexus area and decree:

I can

I am and I can

to assume my own life

with the will and confidence

of my inner fire.

I am and I can

manifesting power and strength.

I am can

to fulfill my goals and accomplishments.

It's done! It's done! It's done! It's done!

Our energetic path will continue next week with the study of the chakras continuing with the fourth one. We are honored by the pleasure of your reading and your participation in this space. Blessings on your Sacred Life.
